Facetime Setting is Missing
After updating my iOS to 6.1.2 Facetime settings was removed, even in the settings for phone and restrictions. Few of my friends have the same problem. Anyone else having this issue?

I have done all of these troubleshooting prior to posting this. The problem is there is NO Facetime on my Settings.

To use FT on an iPhone go to Contacts...
Ive done that too.. There is no Facetime Option on my Contact. I use to have all these but after updating to iOS 6.1.2 the Facetime Setting is all gone.
