In bootcamp utility (4.04) I get error message "Can't install Windows Support Software because you are not connected to the Internet." Network diagnostics confirms internet connection is working. Where else can I download it for Win7 64bit?

Only from within Boot Camp Assistant. Keep trying or wait a day then try again. This is a frequent issue when trying to download the Windows drivers.

I found the solution on http://apple.stackexchange.com and the site to visit with a direct link to download the bootcamp windows drivers is http://www.cafe-encounter.net/p682/download-bootcamp-drivers.
You have no idea what these downloads contain, it is at your risk.
They are OK. I've used them in the past. Just downloadable copies of the same data you would get from Boot Camp Assistant.
Good to know they don't contain any untoward additions 🙂
