My mac is MACBOOK PRO 15-INCH and how can i get airplay mirroring. It is 2010

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You can't. It doesn't have the necessary hardware.
Here is the min requirements:
AirPlay Mirroring
Requires a second-generation Apple TV or later. Supports the following Mac models:
iMac (Mid 2011 or newer)
Mac mini (Mid 2011 or newer)
MacBook Air (Mid 2011 or newer)
MacBook Pro (Early 2011 or newer)

You can't use "Mirroring" but you can use "Airplay".
Look for it in iTunes and you can Airplay most videos and audio to your Apple TV.
