Where did my Waves plug-ins go?.

I have belatedly upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard. Among the several problems I am having with getting all my existing software to work again is the fact that when I launched Logic on S.L. the Plug-in Manager sprang into life without even seeing any of my Waves plug-ins at all.(I have had a few other failures, such as Reaktor and Electrik Piano crashing on launch, but at least they show up in the PIM.).

Anyone know of this problem and how to solve it?.
