I just noticed that I have 5 profiles installed (Settings > Gerneral > Profiles [just above "Reset"]).
IconSettings Network
IconSettings Airplane
IconSettings Bluetooth
IconSettings VPN
IconSettings WiFi
I have no clue howthey came there.
What are they for?
Which App (or whatever it was) installed that?
Can/Should I get rid of these?
My friends' iPhones don't have these profiles.

Have an Exchange account on your phone?
No. I used to use Google Exchange Servers to log into Google Calendar.
That was all Exchange related stuff on so far?
Probably from that Exchange account...just delete them.

Those profiles indicate your phone was/is jailbroken...that's another way to get profiles on your phone.
Sorry, you're on your own here.
It's presently not, but then I know what happened.
I did some jailbreak "tests" years ago with my iPhone 3GS. After getting the current iPhone 4, I used the backup to restore all my data. These profiles survived apparently then somehow during the years.
I'll delete them. Hope this doesn't kill something else ...

I simply deleted the 5 profiles as suggested.
It seems that nothing changed!
