Hi peeps! I'm trying to connect my iPad mini to iTunes but I found out that it can't detect my iPad mini although my iTunes running on Version 11. Next, I tried to connect it to my iPhone. Same thing happen! Can't detect as well...

I've repeated all the steps carefully but still facing the same problems... iTunes still cant detect my apple devices 😟

Do the devices charge?
Are both using the same cable? If so try another cable
Run this and see if the results helps

Next try another computer to help determine/verify if you have a computer problem.
What version of windows are you using? Vista, XP, windows 7 or 8?

Ctrl+S to view Sidebar

I am having the same problem. the phone is charging but it's not detectable by iTune. i realized that there was some error with USB driver. but i couldn't fix it... i try to reinstall the iTune, but still nothing helped.
Has anyone found the solution, I just installed iTunes 11 and my iPad and iPhone couldnt detect on iTunes!
Any advise? I've tried cables, the only thing that happens is that retreiving the photos can be done by going to the normal drive but uploading music is the HURDLEEEE!!
