how to install os lion 10.8

Hi,

I can not login on my Imac which is having 10.8 os

The problem of login is thar my imac is not accepting my passwod and brings back again the login

Screen back.

It also take time to bring the login screen when I start my imac.

The problem was analysed by an apple support person and made a conclusion tha the machine need a os to be reinstaleed again.

He suggested me to download the OS which is 4 GB Online.

I do not have the 4gb internet paln and this will cost me lot

He said it has to be done online and apple do not supply in DVD

Can this be done fron the DVD OPTION ?????

If he told you it must be done online and is not available on DVD, why do you come here to ask if it is available on DVD?

I don't understand. You were given the correct answer. There is no more that we can do for you.

if you do not understanf my problem than you should ask me, rather than saying "why do you come here"

I was asking that can we have os 10.8 avaliable on DVD and the ansewr is YES

for your information, i got my problem solved, by just installing the OS which was avlaible on the external HD from one of apple certified serive station.

Please do not be so rude to new members for APPLE .
