How to resize in iOS 6.1.2 iPhoto a pic
I have not any handles in my pic when trying to modify a pic.

iPhoto for iOS automatically resized your photo when it is exported to various social media. I don't think there is an actual command in iPhoto for iOS to resize a photo.
I use the PhotoForge2 app to resize photos. You can easily get a photo to a specific pixel size using that app.
