cannot open the finder

Hello,

One day, I use the recovery tools from Transcend to restore the external hard disc information in my Mac Pro .

I restore some datas in Desktop.

However, it seems run over 30 hrs but still undo it.

So, the computer is closed by force.

After that, the finder in Mac Pro cannot open and always HANG up when I use the computer.

Also, cannot open the finder and desktop ... and cannot open the external disc etc.

What can I do ?
