is intego virusbarrier effecting my intenet connection
On my ethernet connected computer I can't access the internet but all my wireless computer work

It's possible. Nearly all anti-virus software for Macs interfere with OS X in some way, and you don't need it anyway.
Try disabling or uninstalling Intego, repair permissions, and restart your Mac.
