OS 10.8.2 and Xerox
Here we go again ... this is the 3rd or 4th time since August 12, 2012 that I've had this same problem. I install the newest Apple update to my OS and BAM! - my Mac and my Xerox printer don't play nicely together. After this morning's Apple software update, I once again spent over an hour on the phone with Xerox, just in case. But alas, no fix.
It makes me dread seeing that little red indicator on my App Store icon. I can't do anything to fix it myself. So far the only fix comes from Apple.
Please, please, please Apple, help a loyal customer out and fix this glitch. I have the latest driver for my printer. Thank you Apple tech support for helping me out.
