the sound doesn'e work in apps viber, magick jack and skype
when I try to make/answer a call in magic jack, skype or viber the sound doesn't work... i only can hear if I use the speaker mode... What should I do to fix it???

Make sure the Ring/Silent switch isn't showing a red bar or dot.
You can also try restarting or restoring the iPhone.
