😕is the first generation time capsule compatable with the latest ios software mountain lion, can someone tell me is setting up a time capsule as simple as it sounds,will my macbook pro find the time capsule automatically help would be much apprecited 😕

The earliest TC still has updates to the latest firmware and is compatible with iOS and ML.
TC setup like all network setups is easy for some.. and hard for others.. networks are complicated things.. and whatever apple wants you to believe.. the fact is you will at times need a network expert to help.
If you haven't already purchased the TC.. don't!!
A Gen 1 is old, liable to failure unless extensively overhauled and slow. It has single band wireless.
If you have one already.. plug it by ethernet into to the MBP.. (not retina) and do the setup. It is basically a choice between router or bridge.. if you have an existing router.. choose bridge. That is simple. Plug the TC once bridged into the main router by ethernet.
