No USB audio devices listed on output list

Hi

Have quite serious problem with my mac (Mac Pro 4,1)

So i bought new mouse (Mad Catz R.A.T.Z 7), plug it in and it works just fine, but to got full potential of it had to install software and driver provided by Mad Catz website, once i restarted my Mac, my USB speakers stopped being recognized in Audio panel (output tab), but you can see them in System Report, I tought that my speakers my just broke down, but i plugged my Plantronics USB headset with mic and as well is not recognised in Audio panel (neither output neither input), but can be found in System Report , any other USB devices (like USB Memory or iPhone) work just fine, I uninstalled mouse drivers, restart mac few times even flushed PRAM, but didn't help, tried as well Audio MIDI app but nothing can be done there

Please help
