Distorted App Icons after App Updates
Anyone else experiencing this?

Notice in the screenshot how the icons for Google Chrome, iTap Mobile RDP, Tweetbot, TextWrangler, Diablo III Launcher, and Captured are all distorted or low resolution. This happened after these apps updated themselves, either through the Mac App Store or through their built-in update mechanisms. This distortion exists in the Launcher as pictured, but also in the Finder, the Dock, and cmd+tab app switching overlay. The distortion is easiest to notice by looking at the Diablo III Launcher and the Diablo III app - the launcher updated itself recently but the app did not. This only appears to be happening with app icons, not regular images elsewhere on the computer. The apps run fine, but the highly distorted icons are annoying.
I'm using a 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display running 10.8.2.
Thanks for your help.
