I'm trying to restore my ipod and got error 1437 which is not a error # listed above. Can anyone help?

I am trying to restore my iPod Nano --- it was corrupted when I plugged 2 iPods into laptop @ same time! Who knew? Anyway, I'm getting the unknown error msg, code 1437, but it is not one of listed codes on help tutorial. I have disconnected, restarted PC and still no luck. Can anyone help me please? It's bad enough I'm going to lose all my data. : (
