I have bought many Audio books. Why can i not find them in Itunes? They are no longer on my iphone either. They are not under books. I do not have audiobooks as an option under preferences either. Where can i find them?
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download. If they are no longer in the Music app on your iPhone, and they aren't in the Books section of your computer's iTunes library (there isn't an audiobooks section, they would be stored under Books) and you don't have them on a backup, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
I don't understand why I can not re download after I removed them from my I phone. I have done it many times before. I have boughten over 30 audiobooks and have been able to remove them of my iphone and have them on my itunes as long as I sync before i delete them. I have been able to move them from my iphone to my ipod in the past with no problem until the lasted update. Why has this suddenly changed?
If you have them on your computer's iTunes then you can re-sync them to your device (are they in the Books part of your computer's iTunes library ?) - that has not changed, only the layout of iTunes has changed with the left-hand sidebar not automatically showing, though you can enable it (option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC)
If you don't have a copy of them on your computer nor on a backup then you will need to contact iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download - as far as I know it's never been possible to re-download aubiobooks from the store without contacting iTunes support.
