When using safari on my iPad denied access to YouTube on FB.

Not MFacebook.com - m.facebook.com (don't forget the "dot" after the "m".) Hope this helps. The facebook app would be a better solution anyhow.

This is still an ongoing problem. Has there been a fix for Safari yet? Apparently this is only an issue with the iPad, not iPhones.

but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a fix. If it is something within safari then it'd take an iOS update to fix that, and I personally can't see them cranking one out just for facebook users. I understand that the facebook app works, the m.facebook.com site works and it's possible that other facebook apps and other browsers may work.

A fix may come but I don't see it coming in the immediate future, so if it bugs folks they would be well served to find a work around until it gets resolved.

Something is wrong in the coding of facebook or youtube or safari (although considering safari hasn't been changed in a bit my bet is on youtube or facebook, probably youtube since their interface has been undergoing changes for the past few months) and it's up to the person that messed up the code to fix it.

I get that exact message, superimposed over Facebook entries with links, at an angle, looking like a sloppily applied rubber stamp, but, access is not actually denied. I can ignore the message, click on the link and go right to Facebook. Isn't that rather peculiar?

When this problem began, I still was using iOS 5. Updating to current iOS did not fix it. Stll appears always with Safari, also with Terra, but no problem in Dolphin. Safari on iPad has never played nice with Facebook anyway. Lots of crashes and unusable features, like uploading pics and cropping.

I tried going to the m.facebook like someone mentioned and it gets rid of the access denied. !! :) :)I never had the problem before last week on my iPad 2. I thought it was some kind of virus or spam. Thanks for the help it was bugging me and I cleared cookies, went on some ? sights. That didn't help. It doesn't show up on my iPhone just ipad2. I am using safari and try to log in from just the facebook log in. It happens when I try to go from facebook app. too. Now I 'm just happy to get around the problem even though I don't know how to fix it from app or log in.

My iPad is also up to date and has also had the same issue last few weeks. Finally got annoyed with it and decided to see if there was a fix out there. Obviously not.

There isn't and it seems to be something Youtube or Facebook need to fix.

Don't know if this helps, but I can watch same video on ipad2 when using twitter. Then when imbeded in FB time line access denied message even though I posted it after watching.

I have just completed the latest updates and it still doesn't work. It come up absolutely fine on iPhone and on my Mac PC through safari. It is only when use it on my iPad that it comes up with the message.

I just installed Google Chrome at Apple Store and FB is fine now, no Access Denied errors.

I found another site discussing this topic and the 'fix' offered there was: "Changing the user agent to chrome removes the error. The problem is not with safari, for some reason Facebook or YouTube generate this error just because it is safari".
