Windows has a sound manager that I can use to alter the volumes of various programs. Is there an analogous program on Mac OX 10.8?

I want to lower the volume of audio coming from just the Google Chrome program.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
