Garageband instruments not working in Logic

I record in Garageband but want to learn to use Logic. When I open a song in Logic which was previously recorded in GB, I'm finding that some of the software instruments aren't transferring across. E.G., a percussion track which in GB sounds like bongos, woodblock and triangle, actually now sounds like musical notes played on a synth. Help!
