help error 13014?? when trying to open itunes

I was attempting to restore my iphone 4s from backup due to it not working very well for the past 2 weeks. And then my itunes kept freezing with a failure to backup due to unable to save from backup. Alt+Command+esc failed to even force quit itunes. So i had to force shut down my computer.....this all happened at least 3 times. Before now I can NO LONGER OPEN ITUNES 😟 ....if you have any suggestions...please send them my way!!

I will go into the apple store tomorrow...but would rather have an idea of the deamon i am dealing with before I head in.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
