The developers would be the company that made the app or provides the service to which you are subscribing. If the service doesn't appear in the Subscription Categories area as described in the support document from which you can or under the Subscriptions - Manage area in iTunes on your computer, then you need to talk to the provider of the service to which you subscribed. How you contact them we can't say since we don't know what subscribtions these might be.

Regards.

The subscription is with e-Harmony. I first informed them on their website that

I wanted to cancel my subscription and close my account. They said that they could

not close the account because I used the iTunes store when I signed up, but as I previously

mentioned is that there is no mention of a auto-renewal subscription when I try to go through

the process on my iPod Touch.

If you go to yur account setting what do you see? The app subscription says:

• Auto-renew may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase and must be turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

If that does not exist, and since eHarmony was not helpful, contact iTunes

Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us

Tell them you contacted eHarmony
