New Waves 64 bit not recognized by Logic?

I have just went over to 64 bit Mt Lion since I found a compatible control surface in Alesis Mastercontrol but now I am stuck in 32 bit mode with my waves plug ins becuase it cannot recognize the plugins. I try to run the AU registration app but I get an error. For the life of me I cannot figure out what it is...it works on my Macbook Pro but not my Mac Pro....It has to do with TimaMachine because my MBP is a fresh set up SSD. Any input appreciated.

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Primarily for Logic 9/Recording Studio

This is the answer, wish I could give myself the points....I went to Waves.com and got the latest installer, re installed v9.9 again and then ran the AU reg. again...BOOM ran Logic in 64 bit and there they were both 32 AND 64 bit plug ins...answer solved. Waves is VERY particular with the set up and Time Machine did something Waves didnt like.
