Newsstand Publication Wont Download

Hi,

I've downloaded a publication from the app store, on both my ipad2 and ipad(3) - ipad2 downloaded and works perfectly, however on my ipad(3) whenever I tap the image I see 'purchasing subscription' breifly and then it's gone - the publication doesnt actually download.

I know this app is made using Adobe DPS so is this a dps issue, or a Newsstand issue?
