Help Please
IVe tried to buy an app from iTunes Store and the box appears to place my password in but the keypad won't appear so I can't type anything. How do I get the keypad to appear?

I tried to tap the box so the keypad would appear but nothing happens. I can't purchase anything because it won't let me type in my password!
I don't have a separate keyboard, just the keypad that's on the ipad.
Did you update it to IOS6 by any chance.
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.
When asked to put my apple ID when purchasing an app the keyboard won't appear so I can't type it in. How do I get the keyboard to appear on my ipad?
