Use Preview [see iBooks Author: Preview a book on iPad ], or Share/Export as an .ibook file, then drag that to iTunes, select it to be configured to your iPad, then sync. It will be available to read using iBooks.
Thanks KT.
How could I preview it without connecting an Ipad. Could I use the ipad simulator from Xcode? if yes, how?
Thanks

No.
You must have an iPad. You can probably avoid connecting it by using email or Dropbox, etc to transfer your files.
An .ibooks file from iBA requires an iPad and iBooks.
Optionally you can output a PDF from iBA and read that, but of course iBA-specific interactivity will be lost.
