no image on movies in itune

All my movies suddenly have no image or sound but look to be playing as the timer is moving

songs play fine. no films or tv programmes.

Using itunes on a windows 7 pc

have I just given apple all my money again for nothing?

Laptop-OTHER, Windows 7
