Purchased audio book, I was charged for the book, but did received the down load?

If you bought it on your computer's iTunes the it should have downloaded into the Books section of your library, and on an iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch into the Music app (you should get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app when there are audiobooks in it).
If you can't find it then have you tried the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes ? If that doesn't start it downloading then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
