I follow all of the instructions (open this and clear that) and have turned it on and off several times with no luck. I have also retarted my computer. Any ideas?
I have this same problem. Epson support can't help. They just suggest buying another printer. Did you ever get a solution?

I had the same problem... i have had similar problems with a previous Epson printer... sorry, but they are simply junk and i don't believe Apple should be associating itself with them... maybe an Apple manufactured and branded printer should be produced? End of hassle!
