photos find friends

If you mean the small icons for each friend, they are taken from photos in contacts.

Providing you have photos of your contacts in the 'Contacts' folder, they should show up in 'Find my Friends' automatically. If they don't, go to 'Settings' on your iphone, click on 'Privacy' - 'Contacts' - make sure the 'Find my Friends' tab is turned to 'On'.
