Q: itunes u support for public site manager

I have been the iTunes U admin for my college for years - since iTunes U first started. I cannot log into the public site manager - it refuses to acknowledge my credentials, even though I can log into my institutions iTunesU site directly through iTunes. Others have reported the same problem with no solution. Who can I call to get this fixed?

Note that there is no "Consider this Site for Inclusion" at the bottom of my Edit Site Settings page in iTunesU, as described in this earlier post:
