Migration Assistant

I did all the "Migration Assistant steps from my PC to my Mac. It said the files were finished transferring after a long time and now I can't find the files.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Open the Users folder on the internal drive, drag the migrated home folder to the desktop, and provide your administrator password when prompted.

Thanks, I am doing this but how do you tranfer it from the desktop to you documents, pictures and movies section of the mac?

Go through that folder and drag the files inside to the locations you want them in.
