How do I re-install Store-Bought Apps?

I have had to do a clean re-install of my OS X Mountain Lion. How do I download

and reinstall apps which were purchased originally from the Apple store and have been

"lost".

If I click on 'Buy" will I be charged again for them?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Log in with the Apple ID they were bought with, click on the Purchases tab, and download them from there.
