No backup fuction since upgrading to latest iphone 5
I upgraded to the latest ioS as suggested by iTunes and now the damm thing won't back up ??
Please help ??

No error message with a code, it just states that the back up is unable to be completed. Then stops the sync process ??
I think Apple is trying to Push/force onto everyone towards the Icloud....Icloud which is a sugar coated name for a data storage server that costs money for the service to use it.....
Move or delete the existing backup files then try creating a new backup.
Yep got new iphone 5 - tried to synch and back up contacts on OLD iphone 4 but itunes won't allow it - the iphone tag just disappears and even when it has confirmed synch has finished - no it hasn't - nothing works and Apple simply do not make the upgrade experience a rewarding one and after phoning their advice is 'take the phones into a vodafone store and they will do it for you' - so much for technology and customer satisfaction - worst expereince I've ever had
