Can't print to Canon MP 250 series, installed drivers

Hi from Cairo,

I'm running OSX 10.8.2 and I'm trying to install a Canon MP 250 series printer. I've downloaded and installed the driver twice, gotten the "installation successful" message, but still nothing will print. This is the error message I found in the logs:

E [01/Mar/2013:12:16:36 +0200] Canon_MP250_series: File "/Library/Printers/Canon/BJPrinter/Filters/Command2CanonIJ.bundle/Contents/MacO S/Command2CanonIJ" not available: No such file or directory
