Disable flash player on only safari

Ciao

I accidentally installed adobe flash player on safari and now my browser has become more slow and sometimes crashes.

Is there a way to disable it?

I wish I had safari without flash as before and use Firfox with flash every need.

Safari is Version 6.0.2 (8536.26.17)
