i already have an itunes software in my PC.... will there be a problem if i install a new version?? like without upgrading it?? pls help me!!

What do you mean by " like without upgrading it"? What is it? Upgrade what?
You can usually just update the version of iTunes without problems. However, sometimes glitches occur so yo should always have backup of your iTunes library
