Are you asking about the memory or the game or both? The RAM is probably not OK. Check OWC or DataMem for the correct memory for a first generation Mac Pro.
Check the games minimum system requirements. BTW, Mountain Lion cannot be installed on a Mac Pro 1,1. Either you are running Lion or you have hacked the boot loader. In the case of the latter there's no way to know if that would affect the game software.
