When attempting mail merge, I get a message that says windows converter not found? help?
Looking for help getting past the need for a converter from excel to word when I create a mail merge for labels from word, using an excel spreadsheet..

Export your names from excel as comma-delimited text file, then open it in Word, and if needed, save as a Word text file.
