Blocked Adobe Flash Player

Adobe has blocked my Adobe Flash Player originally installed at an Apple store. How do I install the updated version Adobe is requiring?

Is there any way to turn off the auto-blocking? I use click-to-flash so blocking an out-of-date version of flash is completely pointless. I also don't auto-update anything since I have very limited BW at home and can only get to good BW by bringing the computer to work. In general I like SW that works, not SW that keeps changing and may stop working because of the changes.
