HELP, Apple!

I don't know how this happened, but I was trying to download music to my iPhone, and I put in my USB and then I was done, and I looked in my music in my phone if the songs are there, they WEREN'T. 64 songs = GONE. I opened iPhoto, iTunes and Photo Booth = EVERYTHING GONE.. all of a sudden all my pictures disappeared!! Please is there any way I could get my pictures back? My macbook is so empty.. I really want my 100+ pictures in my photobooth back, I don't have anything left.. 😟 I have looked everywhere, in the trash but maybe i have missed something. Contact me 😟

MacBook Air, iOS 6.1.2

Sorry

Apple is not here - this is strictly a user to user assistance forum - and you posted in the iPhoto for Mac forum - this does not appear to be an iPhoto issue but one related to something you did - maybe if you posted in the correct forum with details (like what "my USB" is, exactly what you did, versions of software you have, ertc) you could get assistance

The best solution is probably going to be to restore your backup form before this happened
