Will you get money back for what? If you currently have some store credit then using the Reset iTunes Store Warnings option won't affect that.

No. If you have a problem with a purchase that didn't download properly then you can remove and redownload. If you don't like your purchase then really there isn't much to do - all sales are final. However if what you got wasn't what was advertised or what you reasonably expected it to be then you can contact iTunes store support and report a problem (links in your purchase history). They may decide to issue a refund or credit.
