I changed the extensions to .mp3 to see if they would play in iTunes but they don't. Why is that and how do I get them to play?

I read some of the responses regarding converting .wma files to .mp3 so it can play in iTunes.

You can't get a WMA file to play in iTunes just by changing the filename extension. You'll need to convert the tracks. If you search MacUpdate.com for "WMA", you'll find applications that can do the conversion, though few if any are free.

Regards.
