What fonts are used by Mac OS 10.8.2?

I am trying to solve the problem of the long loading time of all Microsoft Office apps on my Mac Pro tower. I use Suitcase Font utility so those programs should not have to "optimize every font on my Mac. I looked in the system fonts folder and see All these fonts that were loaded in with the OS (and some I added before I got Suitcas). I want to take all of them out except the ones used by Mac OS 10.8.2. Can anyone tell which ones they are?
