If you have a device or Mac that supports (mid 2011 or later (early 2011 for MacBook Pro only) running OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion or newer) Mirror you can surf on that and see it on the TV through mirror to Apple TV. If not a third party app called airparrot will achieve similar results.
