Centrylink Static IP Office Setup For Airport Extreme???

We are unable to get the Airport Extreme Wireless to connect to the internet.

Here's the setting that works on our PC's.

This is a Static IP office network with a Centrylink router as the gateway to the internet.

Any suggestions???
