Norton Online Backup won't uninstall

You're just going to have to deal with Norton support. Most of us here stay as far away from such utilities as we can and I don't think that you'll meet many folks here who have installed any Norton products so we wouldn't know, exactly, how to uninstall them.

And to add to the fray, I've been here since the last Ice Age and Norton has probably messed up more Macs than it's saved.

Download the free "EasyFind" from the App Store and just do a search for "norton". If you find any files it's a pretty safe bet that you can delete them with no problems.

Which Library (there are 2)

You might find files at your root Library (double-click your HD and you'll see another Library folder) and see what you find there. If you installed for 'all users' it may have the files that you're looking for...
