I can't open the itunes store on my ipod touch after syncing. It starts to load and just stops. It does not give me an error message.

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in

    - Reset all settings

    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    Thank you so much! I had to get to the step of restore from backup on itunes but it worked Itunes is now opening great!

    I got my Itunes store working. Now there is a new problem with my music player. When I select my playlist and push shuffle to listen it just scrolls through the songs, it won't play any of them. The only list that will play is the purchased list. If I add songs to it from my existing library it starts just scrolling and not playing also. Is there something in the settings reset that could have caused this? Is there another fix?
