Q: i get box that says itrunes is incompatable with windows

when i open iturnes it tells me to turn off compatability mode,,when i do troubleshooter it says itunes is not compatable with windows 7 home edition,,,how do i fix,,,movies and music just freezes and stops when played

Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):
