my iphone can't send/received sms I try to restart and it's ok however after a while the problem persist again I can't received or send sms can someone help me please! I love my iphone 4s and I realy need to fix it before I go out of the country next week

The first thing you need to do is call your service provider and make sure that your account is properly provisioned for text messaging.
thank you for your reply, somehow my iphone has a problem because when I try to insert my sim in other phone the network is ok and I can send/received sms immediately and normal but when I return it to my iphone same scenario happen but I'm confused because I can make a call and received incoming calls in a normal way.
I'm wondering if this is possible for the iphone 4s? I can make a call but I can't received/send sms?
is it the antenna for messaging has a problem?
please help me.

You must set the Cellular Data according (Settings>>General>>Cellular>>Cellular Data). Contact your carrier for further information.
Turn on Cellular Data, Roaming and 3G as well, even your carrier doesn't have 3G available.
